La jueza nacional del Trabajo Lucrecia Pedrini suspendió "todos los efectos legales del título cuarto del decreto de necesidad y urgencia (DNU) 70/23 para los trabajadores" bancarios, al hacer lugar a una presentación del gremio, según confirmó su secretario general Sergio Palazzo.
