El Ministerio de Seguridad decidió desafectar de sus funciones al titular de la seccional policial donde se encuentran las villas donde la banda de Miguel Ángel "Mameluco" Villalba distribuía la droga. Se investiga si seguía manejando el negocio de la venta de drogas en la zona de San Martín a pesar de estar preso en la cárcel federal de Rawson.
